Service cover still rocking

Sent to Kent County Council 8 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1978818.

There is a service cover / manhole in the middle of the road which is not seated properly. When traffic crosses it the cover rocks and bangs. This has been reported before. The council came and looked at it and said they could not see the problem. I can assure them that the problem still exists and, if anything, is getting worse.
