Vehicles Driving Across Pavement Causing Damage and Mud

Vehicles are driving up the raised kerb and across the pavement in order to park on the verge area. This is making a mess of the pavement area, with dangerous slippery mud, as well as wrecking up the kerb. Vehicles are also causing an obstruction of the highway.
