Hello I'd like to ask some help about these threes in my block They are in the building called Westwood court In lillington road no.59 CV326LF Leamington

There are a few big threes behind the building that are overgrown Me and all the other residents use these garages on the picture but there is a risk of edges and stalks that are about to fall down In the last years a multitude of stalks fell down and many more are about to do the same because the wind Please let me know if is possible to fix this I'm scared to use my garage because of this issue
