Buskers playing with loud speakers late into night

Sent to Leeds City Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1972418.

I appreciate that buskers might want to play until 11pm at the weekend. But when they play it so loud that I can’t hear myself think 7 floors up it is unacceptable. This needs to stop. They are playing outside the head of steam. They need to stop with the loudspeakers at the very least
