Green lane rackheath temp traffic lights installed no road works being carried out no doubt not starting till monday now.Total unnecessary obstruction to traffic. How about the traffic offence of unnecessary obstruction of highway ?

This is happening more and more contractors blocking roads unnecessarily. There is obviously no road works going to start till monday so this obstruction is going to be there all weekend.This unacceptable ???

I was not reporting problem with road only the unnecessary prolonged use of traffic signs . Especially placing them days before they are needed.
