Blocked drain still not cleared

Sent to Charnwood Borough Council and Leicestershire County Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1971259.

Report it Ref: FS63842157 Report it Ref: FS66281226 On several occasions this drain has been marked with a yellow marker but it is blocked with a large root and is still not cleared. This drain was re-positioned by LCC some years ago and is the only one preventing the flooding of nearby property and the entrance to Forest Road. It has been problematic ever since you realigned the entrance to forest road. No action or response has been given to the previous complaints
