Traffic lights out of sync??

Sent to Leeds City Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1970794.

This week when I have reached the traffic lights at Tingley roundabout around the 7.20am ( I am coming from the Dewsbury direction) the traffic on my right are not stopping when its my turn to go through green, not sure are the timings on the traffic lights are wrong or are alot car drivers just going through red? - its getting dangerous
