All the road drains are full of debris and tarmac following the resurfacing. Incredible considering the recent floods here. I'm sure they're probably the same all the way up to the A30 bridge since that's where the recent road resurfacing took place.

I don't think it needs much explaining. The grids going up Foundry Hill near the Mill Pond are filled with debris that is now covered in tarmac and road paint so won't be draining. This area recently flooded so it would be wonderful if the grids can be cleared from the re-surfacing debris. This is probably the case with grids further up the road too.
