Environmental pavement hazard
Reported in the Road and Pavement Issues category anonymously at 16:59, Thu 30 January 2020 using FixMyStreet Pro
Sent to Bromley Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1970094.
A few months ago a leaning tree was removed from outside 37 Pleydell Avenue . The site of the tree removal was left uncovered and not tarmaced over . The result of this, is that after it rains the area becomes muddy , making the pavement slippery and a potential fall hazard for people walking near that area. The second problem is more unpleasant and is that this area has become a target for animals e g dogs Etc.. who use it a "toilet "and foul the area regularly. The consequences of this are that if you park adjacently to this site and step out of your car . There is a real chance of stepping in animal excrement , leading to this being taken into your home via the soles of your shoes contaminating your home.
This area needs covering over permanently to address these issues

The large patch of uncovered soli is still present which will cause a repeat of the issues previously stated. Why has this been left in essentially the same condition albeit for the comestic surrounds and tarmaced outer surface.
