I live on the Woodlands estate in Isleworth and have noticed that this year the streets have not had the usual Autumn leaves clean up. In previous years, once autumn is over and all the leaves have fallen, the council come round and collect the leaves from pavements and roads, clean the gutters etc to ensure that the drains don’t become clogged however this year this has not happened and the estate is currently a quagmire of rotting leaves, mud and debris with areas of kerbside and gutters several inches deep in rotting matter.

Is this omission a deliberate cut or is the estate due a clean up soon?
