This morning the journey from radford road, Leamington to Warwick Technology Park took 50 minutes. Why would you have temporary lights on this main road at rush hour?? The traffic in this area is already heavily congested.

The lights are the responsibility of Seven Trent due to a dangerous man hole cover, they have been advised it is an emergency job.
