Car left in flood water now obstructing highway and causing serious risks to other drivers

A car registration RA56 EZE was abandoned in Spring Lane in the floods several weeks ago prior to Highways closing Spring Lane. The lane has been closed ever since. The floodwater has now receded but the car is still there. Other drivers have removed the road closed signs and are using the road, squeezing past the abandoned car going up the muddy embankment which is extremely dangerous. The car needs to be urgently removed so that road can be properly re-opened and safe for drivers to use
