Traffic light is not working as you come down to junction off the A11 from Norwich

As you leave the A11 from Norwich down to the B1077 junction the left hand traffic light is not working as hasn't been for some weeks. I thought this would automatically be repaired but sadly No. Also as you proceed straight over that junction going towards the Blackthorn road turning. Just over the traffic lights on the left the road is regularly flooded after rain. There is a drain cover here which is clearly severely blocked up. Again this has been going on for several weeks now and after there has been very heavy rain the water is completely across the road. Finally to the left of this flood issue in the cul-de-sac that comes off Blackthorn road just past Alexandra way there is also a flood issue. Here there are two drain covers which are both severely blocked and again the water is often across the road and this is a public footpath too. This is probably caused by the autumn leaves not being cleared away. I suspect both flood issues might be connected as they are so close.

Hi, the traffic light has not been fixed after all this time and now another traffic light has gone out on the junction the other side of the A11 as you head towards the B1077 towards Ellingham. This is of slightly more concern as the green light has gone so when its green it appears to be all gone and can cause confusion and annoyance leading to drivers considering to jump the lights.
