  • The constant flooding at the car park of 30-40 East Street at the back of Grace cafĂ© has been an ongoing issue for over a month. The issue is that every time it rains the car park at the back floods.

The issue seems to be the uneven road it seems like it may need to be evened out or some drainage system put in place.

Please can this be given urgent attention as we are unable to park in the allocated bays but are still being charged for these bays that are not useable

    Kind regards

  • Considering this space isn't public and we are having to pay, is ridiculous. Cant park in allocated spot because of the weather we can not walk through! As mentioned before we PAY or this space. Not fair nor is it acceptable. I would love to have a response from the 'parking team' before I look at escalating this matter further. Thank you.

  • Flooded yet again! Can not even walk through. To be totally honest I think this whole car park needs to be worked on/refurbished. Even the spaces under the tree are muddy, messing up shoes which is messing up the building. We need to discuss payment on spaces as I don't see the logistics of it if we can not park in our paid for spaces due to flooding. Being referred to the relevant team for a long while and we've heard nothing much.
