Metal barrier/fence needs fixing asap

Locals have cut a section of the metal fence barrier down in warmer order to allow illegal access to the common from the neighborhood for playing around on dirt bikes and quad bikes. This activity has been reported to police numerous occasions.

But today my daughter and self were endangered as were two dog walkers near the common corner when a group of about 10+ people on bikes (including little kids being taken along and being put at risk going along with the joyriding) were careering everywhere with no respect for passers-by. It has to stop!!

They always get access through the gap in the fence of green metal barriers - unmissable. Please fix or replace it soon.

I will not rest until this is sorted. We shouldn't have to be afraid to walk on the common.
