Good afternoon

Can you please help me or point me in the right direction about getting the abysmal parking by other careless drivers sorted the location is Rye Close Banbury Ox16 1xg. The area is communal parking but this is shocking! I have attached Pictures but as you can see it was dark! This problem is constant, all week and even worse at weekends. Is there anything you can do like getting lines down or even can I purchase a parking space ?
