Sent to Hull City Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1957810.

Please adjust the timings on these lights, when on green to go straight ahead towards Evenshalshaw Vauxhall / paint and body shop the left hand filters heading towards town stay red, why there is no on coming traffic, this would increase traffic flow.
