Misleading info on Bus stop in Parke End St

Today I made a journey to Faringdon by bus S6. I changed bus in Park End St. I am well aware of the nearby roadworks and the restrictions on services stopping. But the temporary notice is incorrect. It says no S1, S3 4/16 (or similar). No mention of S6 or S9. I texted the bus stop info to check that S6 is still stopping here and this was confirmed. After half an hour I gave-up and carried my bag to Frideswide Sq where - after a number of incorrect “S6 due” notices - an S6 did arrive. From Hythe Bridge St. I’m very annoyed that despite my best efforts I was misled by the sign which is incorrect, and lost the best part of an hour of my appointment.
