Magnolia planted Friday 17/1 already loose & leaning

Reported in the Public Trees category anonymously at 12:06, Wednesday 22 January 2020 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bromley Council 4 minutes later

A Magnolia Grandiflora galissoniere was planted Friday 17/1 I believe, outside no 18 Southcroft Avenue but it was already loose & leaning on Saturday 18/1. It might be because of the wind and the wet soil but neither of the stakes are securing it upright and it has fallen into the gap in the wire structure around it. Please could someone check on it. Thank you
