There is a manhole cover which is noisy when traffic goes over it, it is in the middle of the road opposite 54 gloucester place, the noise keeps me awake at night and has been going on for several months now

No the council reported back to me that they could find no problem. However, the man hole cover is still keeping me awake. The reference map you sent me shows the wrong location.The problem is in the road opposite 54 Gloucester Place. I live at 56 Gloucester Place, W1U 8HJ and my name is Peter Morris. Thank you so much
