Blocked storm drain causing flooding and dangerous road conditions

There is a large area of water overflow and a build up of excessive mud on London Road Wrotham between Invicta Business Park and The Moat Restaurant. This was reported to South East Water as a water leak but they advise the flooded area is caused by a blocked storm drain in an area where there is a natural spring and is the responsibility of Kent Highways to resolve. The current icy conditions is making the road extremely dangerous and the state of the road is now intolerable for drivers and local residents.
