Missing Fire Hydrant Cover

The cover is missing recreation/footpath area beside/behind 31 Trent Close SG1 3RT. Right on the corner of 2 footpaths. This area is used a lot by children walking to the nearby infants junior school as well has lots of dogs running around. I am very worried someone will get hurt.
