Several 20-30 cm holes effecting cars and people walking on path

These potholes have been here for over 3 weeks. They are very large holes which can cause some serious damage. The potholes are also next to a path in which cars have been driving up to avoid the potholes. There is no street lighting so very dangerous for cars and people walking. Very surprised accidents have not occurred.
