Sent to Edinburgh City Council 4 minutes later
A few months back Morriston Utilities dug a trench/hole adjacent to the fence at the end of Redford Place/Redford Neuk. It was guarded by temporary barriers. Subsequently the adjoining fence blew down in recent high winds and the occupants of the property used the temporary barriers to block off their rear garden. The fence has now been repaired but the barriers are now lying in their front garden. The trench is unprotected and has 2 or 3 foot of water in it. A small child or dog could easily fall in with unthinkable consequences. Needs attended to urgently.
Half hearted attempt (presumably not by Morriston?) to put the barriers back but still far from safe.

Barriers still just lying in a heap but at least the hole / trench is now semi blocked off.
State changed to: Fixed
