Van parked in public road for month, does not have a valid MOT. It'sapperars to contain white goods. The van is parked in a row with another 4 vehicles with no tax/MOT/ registered SORN. The cars ahve parts missing. Neighbours are now strongly suspecting someone is running a business fixing cars/supplying spares
