Deep pothole, extended broken edge of road

This pothole has been here for some considerable time. I was traveling to work at approximately 06.100am, a route I use regularly. I was forced to move over to to the side of the road by an oncoming vehicle resulting in my vehicle entering the pothole and resulting in a punctured offside rear tyre., this was unavoidable due to the lack of visibility etc. The net effect was that I could not get to work (1-day loss) and has to retrieve my vehicle and replace it over the course of the day a new tyre etc.
