Mobike bike dumped on grass verge
Reported in the Street Cleansing category anonymously at 12:53, Fri 17 January 2020 using FixMyStreet Pro
Sent to Bromley Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1944729.
A Mobike pushbike (from the bike sharing scheme) was dumped near the end of Cranleigh Close nearly 3 weeks ago now, blocking the pavement and making it difficult for me to get past with my daughter in her buggy. It's still there despite my numerous emails to the Mobike support team (although a kind passer by has moved it to a grass verge). They keep saying it's being dealt with as a matter of high priority but it's clearly not. I've also contacted my MP and her team has been in contact with Mobike - this is clearly not making any difference either. When I first contacted the council about this dumped bike I was told to contact Mobike. This has not worked. Please can the council arrange for the bike to be removed? It's been over 3 weeks, so it has essentially been fly tipped on public land, and no-one so far has appeared to be accountable for it.
