Series of potholes and disintegrating road surface

Reported in the Roads/highways category anonymously at 10:53, Fri 17 January 2020

Sent to West Sussex County Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1944338.

The hilly section of Sedgwick Lane is in an extremely poor condition with sections of the road missing, a disintegrating road surface, and many potholes. The problem appears to be mainly the result of the drains simply not working - all the rainwater is flowing over the drains and straight down the road, causing the damage.
