Sent to South Oxfordshire District Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1941484.

Lots of garden rubbish and bags dumped on the grass bank. This has been reported several times and not picked up, whilst other rubbish reported later has been collected. It is no use saying that this will rot down as there are bags mixed amongst the rubbish
