Begging, Fouling Public areas, unsocial drinking.

Reported anonymously at 20:53, Wed 15 January 2020

Sent to Torbay Borough Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1940821.

Two persons camping outside one stop at Churston Broadway shops, with a dog constantly barking. We live in flats above. They are begging for money while downing cans of Stella. Having a large Doberman type dog as protection is intimidating to approach them. They are there now on a regular 'beat' normally from 4pm till about 9pm, the male also uses the walkway between Roger Richards and the rear shop car park as a urinal. Not the situation I want when I come out of my front door. Your comments would be welcome.
