White hatch markings on Chapel Street, Calverley LS28 5PS not effective.

Where the red car is parked in photos, the white hatched markings painted on the road used to say “KEEP CLEAR” in large letters. It has been repainted and is white hatch markings only. This area needs to be kept clear of parked vehicles so that people who come down Chapel Street, can do a three point turn to go back up Chapel Street as it’s a no exit onto Carr Road. I strongly believe that repainting the “KEEP CLEAR” would help with this issue. Many thanks.
