Ref: 00365545 Thank you for your report, OCC are now responding to out of lights within the contracted timescales of attending site within 7 working days for repairs. If there is a cable fault this will be passed to the Electricity company to repair and will take longer, it will depend on the resources which the District Service Operator has. Thank you

This was reported last Wednesday and still has not been fixed. Very dark and dangerous as there are no lights opposite!

Apologies for the confusion with this report, as there are multiple lights in the area it appears that the first report 365545 has been logged incorrectly. The new report 366114 is on the correct light and the repair time will be from this date, due to our current workload on repairs and emergencies.

Pretty poor service. As said before this is a very dark area and over a week without light due to the report being logged incorrectly is not good enough!

I find it difficult to understand how the the wrong light could have been recorded, when your own map shows the precise location, as others have common it is very dangerous as the light currently in operation are of poor quality and close to a junction of three roads.

This map on here does not map precise location or house numbers. Our mayrise system shows where lights are based, numbers and outside which house. An innocent mistake has happened and we have already apologised for that and was corrected as soon as the mistake was spotted, so we are sorry again. We have forwarded your response on to our team and see if we can get this issue resolved asap. We ask if our customers are reporting lights to have the streetlight number to avoid mistake like this in the future
