Dog fouling occurring a lot even though there is a dog waste bin. Children from the school are walking through it and it's often transferred to the path. Some signs would help a lot please. It's happened a lot in the past but then stopped but now there are some serial offending dog owners again. My elderly neighbour is really frustrated by it as it's outside her house.
