There is someone who is dumping used cat litter in Garden Village. It's in various places (these photos are from today, it was dumped yesterday). It is also around the litter bin at the corner of Chestnut and Lilac. Both areas are on busy areas (especially on the school run for Mersey Primary) and children have stood in it from both areas.
