Dead Rowan Tree

There is a dead Rowan Tree that needs removing and replacing on the corner of Ferndale Ave and Bittams Lane. It has been like this for over a year can someone please action the removal and replacement of this tree, it is becoming unsightly and maybe a potential danger. Many thanks...
