Lack of hand rail on step outside steps

Reported anonymously at 23:09, Monday 13 January 2020

Sent to Lincoln City Council less than a minute later

Three steps lead up to Motherby Hill on the footpath which runs between Erinalice Court and 55 Victoria Street has no hand rail. These are tricky to navigate in the dark and wet conditions particularly after walking down Motherby Hill. I’m 26 and very able bodied and this is a concern to me as I live on Alexandra Terrace and this is my direct route to the Bailgate. A hand rail for the small section on steps would be gratefully received.
