Loose paving slabs in back passage of no 52 area. Very dangerous to elderly residence some who use frames and sticks in their 80s

Loose paving slabs in the rear passage ways near No 52 impacted by a street light in the passage being out for months. You can’t see the loose slabs in the dark. Picked up an elderly lady living at 52 last week after a fall! She had tripped in the dark on a loose slab.
