This vehicle is still on the road. It is SORN registered, MOT expired May 2019, No tax, no MOT, therefore no insurance.

Still on the road. There is no penalty notice attached to the windscreen. This indicates nothing is being actioned. So far untaxed on the road for 37 days. Parking in this area is very restricted during daytime and this untaxed vehicle is taking up a parking space for a taxed vehicle. Trademen doing jobs in this area have nowhere to park.

A tax warning has been served on this vehicle and our investigations continue. It is likely that the owner may have removed it as the vehicle is registered to the location. The vehicle is being treated as an untaxed vehicle rather than an abandoned vehicles, as such we are not permitted to impound the vehicle until our investigations are complete.

The van has now been removed. We noticed the wife of the owner went outside to remonstrate with the vehicle remover company. She works at Carlton Parade Co-Op! We are not impressed with Co-op employing such people!
