Reported in the Street Cleansing category anonymously at 13:40, Mon 13 January 2020
Sent to Bromley Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1934698.
High street , outside TK max These are the drain full up that I’ve been told have slight silting as you can see they are full! The drains on the footpaths are NEVER cleared! I was told 3 times last year when all the footpath drains would be attended but they never were! I was also told that footpath drains are cleared regularly they are Znot! I’ve now logged a complaint with the council for a direct contact but am waiting for that too!

Not heard anything? I’ve given up on these issues being resolved, given up with the lack of contact and given up chairing a complaint I have made against the highways department.
I’m now in contact with the local MP

Thank you for your update and an apology by way of a previous lack of an update on this report. All additional reports in this vicinity are being co-ordinated in alignment with a response to the cyclical cleansing schedule and the CCTV land surveyance that has taken place on the 21st of January. This has been completed on the back of additionally identified and reported locations. A direct email will be sent later this week in broader dialogue to all locations highlighted in this discussion, to demonstrate the already completed actions as well as provide a forecasted response to areas where gully cleansing will be requested as urgently required. Yours sincerely, L.Hughes. LBB NO5 4/2/20

Thank you for your update. The localised drainage reports will be addressed via the next scheduled gully cleanse of the Bromley south part of the High Street. This is currently being readied for the early autumn period as part of a holistic completion and servicing of drainage assets in this specific vicinity. Kind regards. LBB NO5 22/07/20
