Sent to Cardiff Council 2 minutes later
The majority of the drains along the Sophia Gardens car park access road are blocked. Many are full to the top with silt and leaf litter leading to large puddles forming almost across the full width of the road whenever it rains. Not only do these puddles make pedestrian access to parking spaces along the road and into the main car park itself, they can hide some of the many potholes on this road as the road surface crumbles. - helped I suspect by all this standing water.
I have previously reported this issue, but have received not acknowledgement of receipt from Cardiff Council, so reporting again and I will continue to do so until Cardiff Council have the common courtesy to respond and/or fix the problem.
