Loose (COLT) service cover: noisy under traffic.

This cover was temporarily repaired last year by covering with asphalt. This has now worn away revealing the rocking cover that crashes every time a vehicle passes (frequently) over it. At the time of the temporary fix it was stated that the utility company would be along to effect a permanent repair. This hasn't happened and the noise is getting more disruptive.

  • This most surely has not been fixed. It is still making the same noise each time a vehicle passes over it. Colt inform the local residents association that they are awaiting a traffic order from LBTH. This seems to counter TfL's assertion that it has been fixed. Perhaps you are looking at the wrong location so I have reattached the map location - 131 Commercial Street, E1 6BJ. Regards, Murray
