Constant Pavement Parking on School Route

There is always (for the past 4 years) a car, not just this one shown, parked here all over the pavement- making it impossible for pedestrians, especially buggies and wheelchairs, able to get passed, plus danger of getting knocked down when they are moving. This is a SCHOOL ROUTE!! Note the drive of 19 Well House road is jam packed with cars, so it must be their overspill they deem as if it is part of their property.
