The occupants of No 12 Southcourt Avenue continues to cause a massive public health issue despite being fined and told to clean it up by yourselves previously. As you can see in the photos his rubbish is spilling out on to the footpath where it is a trip hazard. The wind is constantly blowing the free standing fencing panels over, there are small children living either side of the house and they could be killed if the panels fall on them. Aside from this it is an absolutely disgusting eyesore. We also believe this to be a fire hazard. It is absolutely unacceptable for this to continue and for the residents to ignore the instructions of the council.
