Service cover in middle of road is loose, rocks/bangs when traffic drives over it

Sent to Kent County Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1931690.

There is a traffic calming 'hump' section of road. In the middle of this is a large service cover / manhole which does not sit properly. Every time a vehicle drives over it the cover rocks in its mounting and makes a banging sound.

Council came to view the site but said there was no problem. However, the problem still exists and has not been fixed
