I reported this house back in July 2018 as being empty. It still remains so. The owners have visited once in the last 6 months. It is an eyesore and puts all other houses in the close in jeopardy. There is a shortage of homes to buy in Hertford Heath and it is tragedy that this house is just sitting empty with no care or maintenance.

  • There seems to be a dispute between the district and county council, both saying it's the others responsibility. So, consequencyly nothing had been done.
