M&S trolley issue still unresolved since April 2019

M&S trolley issue continues behind the recycling facility at Bromley South, opposite the police station.

The M&S trolley issue has been ongoing since April. Please inform Luke Hughes as he has been trying to deal with this ongoing situation since April.

The problem of M&S trollies being left at the Bromley south recycling facility continues.

  • Thank you for your report. We continue to maintain dialogue with the owners of the trollies, who arrange frequent removal through their contractor (Trolleywise) from site or via the LBB operational depot when removed by the LBB cleansing contractor. An issue like this will never be resolved as long as any number of people decide to wheel trollies away from any given store within a Town Centre. We monitor daily to ensure that there is not an overload of trollies accumulating here. Kind regards. LBB NO5 22/01/20
