Sunken + Rattling manhole cover

On Spruce Road o/s number 40 there are 2 manhokes close by which have sunken in their frames, they also rattle which is getting annoying as everyrine a car goes past it bangs. Need looking into as ive reported these various times but nothing seems to get done. Thanks.
