Builders blocking road with vehicles

Everyday the road is narrowed by numerous vehicles outside number 48 Victoria road. The vehicles are often double parked and some are parked on private driveways. Pedestrians are forced into the road and other vehicles are forced to mount the opposite kerb to pass. Delivery vans often have to ask for the vehicles to be moved in order to pass.
