Overgrown vegetation pushing down old hand built stone wall

Unfortunately the vegetation on the roadside of my garden wall has been allowed to grow and get out of control. This includes bushes, ivy and trees. The stone wall is very old and I’m afraid that it’s going to collapse unless it is dealt with. I have a 4 year old that I very worried about being near the wall. In the past the council have kept the vegetation under control and now it needs to be done again please. To lose such a old wall would be travesty.
