Sent to Brighton and Hove City Council 3 minutes later

Hi This works is being carried out outside number 10 Winchester Street Brighton. Is it council works as it’s taking up a good 2 to 3 bays of park and now been here a few days. Very frustrating leading others in the street to have to park 2 or 3 streets away from our homes.
